The guys that came to my house to pick up my stuff were very friendly and efficient on loading my stuff on their truck. My biggest issue is that I had another company find this company to move my stuff for me from AZ to NV and also had a binding estimate for $2501.00. On the day of pick up one of the two guys from the truck took a very brief look at all the stuff. I was planning on moving and told me that I had about 10k worth the stuff to move but said he wouldn't know how much it would till it was loaded on the truck and began putting my belonging on the truck. No new written estimate or anything prior to loading their truck. About half through loading my stuff on their truck they told they weren't going to have enough room for all things I wanted shipped, and I ended up giving to my neighbors or threw it away. The room in the truck was so limited that after they had most my stuff inside the back of their truck my mattresses ended up being ratchet strapped to the back of their truck. Finally got everything they could on their truck the one gentleman started doing paperwork for my stuff in which he had to rewrite 3 to 5 times till I guess he got it right for his end of deal. Another thing I found odd was the movers had to put a couple of my belongings in some of the boxes they had and told me that they packed anybody else's stuff before which I thought was odd because I had movers move my stuff for me while serving in the U.S. ARMY and those movers packed most of my things for me. In this circumstance though I had packed and staged everything I was moving for these movers and only had to use maybe 5 of their boxes that they packed themselves. So, the company I used to find this company did forget to put a couple things on the list of things I was shipping like my washer and dryer, but I had called that company up and assured me that it wouldn't cost me more than an extra couple hundred dollars to add that stuff on when the movers came which I was fine with. So, after the man that was doing the paperwork finished figuring it out my binding 2501.00 estimate turned into $8664.80 move. I just felt it was not right for them to take advantage of me being on a time crunch and putting all my stuff on their truck before giving me a more accurate estimate and also still deciding to try to move my stuff despite not having enough room on their truck for all the things I needed shipped.
