I ordered a .95 cent real estate report from this company. I was suprised when I got my credit card statement, and figured out that they had charged me an additional $29.95 for a "premium account" that I did nor order, or authorize. I was even more surprised when they had charged me again in October for another $29.95...and that this is apparently a monthly autocharge, which I also did not authorize. I attempted to cancel on their website, and was only given the option to send a message to the company. I told them to cancel the "account" immediately, to cease charging my credit card, and informed them that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB, and other online complaint services, as well as disputing the charges with my credit card company. Luckily for me, my credit card company puts customers first, and they have credited both of these charges, as well as blocking this rip off scammer company from continuing to charge me. Do NOT use this company...it's a huge headache to get ouf of their ripoff charges!!!
I wanted to refinance my house to get a lower rate and was curious about the value of the property. I was charged $0.95 for the service.
While going through my bank transactions i noticed a $19.95 payment to US Realty Records that was automatically taken out on 1/31/2017. Further searches revealed that $19.95 was automatically withdrawn from my account on 1/03/2017, 12/02/2016 and on 11/02/2016.
I did not authorized any of these withdrawals and certainly don't need a realty price check each and every month.
I am having a hard time trying to reach this company to cancel this service and get a refund.

I was just about to run downstairs and get my card information when I had a spiritual inkling to check the reviews on this place. Sure enough, all of your comments confirmed what God was telling me, which was "Do not give these people your card info." Thank God I listened and thanks everyone for posting your reviews.
I used their services when trying to find out information on properties when moving. I paid for the amount that was asked. Now, several months later without any notification on my email or knowledge of having an account or subscription they have charged my card with $19.95. I do not believe a company has the right to indiscrimantly use their customers credit card information and make false charges.
I was ripped off in the same way at the post. I paid $1.25 with a debit card for a property record and was charged both the $1.25 and a $20 monthly fee which I did not authorize. Do not deal with this company!
Exact same story as everyone else here. You think you are paying a one time $1.25 fee for one record, you don't agree to or sign up for any membership or monthly fee, yet sure enough it shows up monthly on your credit card - $19.95 fee. The sheisters lie, lie, lie when you call to get your money back and cancel their fraudulant monthly charges. Disputing with your credit card is almost impossible, but I'm stubborn and I will not only get my money back (2 months of fraudulant charges) but I plan to put these bastards out of business.
I used their service only once 03/07/2016, but since then they have charged my credit card for five times that I did not use their service, 05/09/2106, 06/07/201, 08/04/2106, 11/02/2016, and 12/02/2016.
It appears that you had signed up for our monthly subscription service as you have been billed multiple times. This service is offered at the time of payment on our site, at which time you would have entered your credit card information. If you would like assistance in canceling this, please contact [email protected].
They offer a lookup service for $.95. Then to approve the form you have to click a button that charges you $19.95. They are low rate con artists. Then you can't cancel your subscription on-liine, in the hopes you forget and then they keep charging you $19.95 a month. I will keep on them until they cancel. The FCC should shut these guys down.
We apologize for any misunderstanding you have had while using our site. The $19.95 charge is a monthly subscription offer which you can accept or decline. By simply declining this you will receive your original report for $.95 and will not be charged again. To cancel your subscription (which may be done at anytime) please contact our customer service directly at [email protected] and we would be happy to help assist you with this.
Please know that we do not have authority to take payment from a credit card unless authorized by the cardholder. We also have a prompt cancelation policy for our customers if it is within the allotted time frame. We where buying a Lake house and was researching a home for sale history and for .95 cents I agreed ... nowhere did I agree to be charged $19.95 everyone month for a worthless report... I have tried to contact these people and had no luck contacting.
Do not do business with them. For two months I had unauthorized charges on my credit card at $19.95 each. I only notices the unauthorized charge on the second month. I contacted my credit card company, as well as US Realty requesting 100% refund for the unauthorized charges. After much threatening and e-mail contact, I was refunded for the two unauthorized charges. Of course, the first plan of action was to cancel the credit card and replace it with another. The refund has been completed. But then an unsolicited visit by a stranger who claimed to be sent to my home by my credit card company. He had my name, address and knew the company of my credit card. About two days later it dawned on me that US Realty had to be the one to have sent this person to my home as my credit card company investigated and said they had not sent anyone out. I contacted US Realty about this suspicious visit and they claimed they were not responsible, but I know better. I'm fortunate, though, that I received 100% refund and that I had used my credit card rather than my debit card. US Realty cleaned out a former customer's bank account through her debit card.
Should have asked for I'd on the visitor, or texted police that they were there, asking about credit cards, quietly while entertaining his request... To hold him there... That person does sound like intimidation which is against the law... Wanted to see whom you were, safety is issue not just credit but personally, never let them in but pretend having to take a call. Notify police and get plates if you can..,(( q Torrey))
For two months my credit card had unauthorized charges from US Realty Records. It is a seldom used credit card, but in reviewing the July statement, I noticed that this company had submitted an unauthorized charge for $19.95. I had never heard of this company. I contacted my credit card company and when she reviewed my record, I was informed that there were two charges from that company in the previous month. One was for $0.95 and the other was a charge of $19.95. It then appeared that this was a recurring charge for a subscription I did not need or want. I'm in the process of completing paperwork which my credit card company sent me, charging that company with fraud. I also wrote a letter to the billing department of US Realty Records at their Wyoming office telling them to send a refund to the credit card company immediately. The credit card company is handling the situation. Needless to say, this credit card was cancelled immediately. This is a scam if there ever was one.
On my 3rd month of bring scammed by us realty records for $19.95. I tried to call the # listed behind the company name on the explanation of withdrawal of funds line on my checking account. I ha e told my bank to stop payment but they are still getting it. help me stop this. I am disabled & draw a small amount of money each month & $19.95 is a lot of money. please help.
I went to the Montasna Public Records site to try to find the owner of a property in Tax records since they were not listed on Spokeo. The Montana State site took me to UsRealtyRecords.com - which led me to believe it was legit. Then after entering the property address and going through a "search" routine, it came up with the requirement to pay $1.25. After going back to the Montana state assessor site and verifying there was no other way to access the information (as there is for all other states I've looked up) I paid the $1.25. Of course USrealtyrecords.com tried to make me believe that I needed to buy a subscription for $19.95 per month to get the information. I did not buy. Perhaps I did have to buy the subscription because when the information came up... there was absolutely NO INFORMATION. There was, however, 2 opportunities to contact a REALTOR for the property. A total RIP OFF. I will be contacting the state offices of Montana and every social media site I can find.
I contacted US Realty Records on the internet. I ordered a one-time record on my home for $0.95.
To my surprise they debited my bank account for an additionql $19.95 for a premium account that I did not want or need. i made this clear on my application.
When I called and spoke with an agent he advised that he counld only refund 10%. When I asked for the manager he advised that he could refund 50%.
The are thieves who steal your money because they think you can't do anything about a small amouny of money. That small amount from each indivual adds up to millions.
We apologize for any misunderstanding that you have had using our site. $.95 is the price for a single report and an option is given at the time of payment to purchase our monthly subscription for $19.95 that is only charged unless specifically requested. Please know that we are not trying to scam you in any way.
The best way to contact us is via email at [email protected]. We would be happy to assist you in any way possible.
When I contacted them about the charge, the man said he would cancel my account but could not refund the $20.00 charged to my account. When I started to question he hung up on me.
The information I obtained from paying for their report was the same information I can and did get from Zillow.
It was wrong. Oh well, it was only $1.25, BUT if we sell our home and people use this service thinking they're finding out about our property, it is not accurate.
Missing 1 bedroom, house was paid off a two years time ago but this report shows we are still making payments and that is an incorrect amount when we used to have a mortgage. The real estate taxes are incorrect. Gosh, isn't that a shame? Lesson learned. Go direct to the county's real estate office and ask.
I made a legitimate 95 cent transaction to look up information on a single property. They automatically signed me up to a $19.95 per month recurirng service without my consent completely unbeknownst to me. While I did receive an e-mail on the 95 cent charge, there were no e-mails or correspondence on the $19.95 recurring service. I called their customer service after seeing the charge on my bank statement, and they told me that I was provided a screen to either accept or decline the service, and I closed the screen. They said their process was to auto enroll me if I did not explicitly decline the service. What?!?!? Is the customer not supposed to enroll in services and consent to recurring charges? They are thieves and they play games, and this company is completely unethical. Please avoid these scamsters.
Same as others who reported. I signed up to receive one report on a proiperty for $1.25, my account was charged .95 cents, and then a $19.95 charge. I called and asked for manager, they saID MANAGER would not talk to me and wiuld only refund $9.95. This is a total ripoff. Will try to fight with me bank.
They put nothing more in fact they copied the information from a site in my state I went on for free, But thought there would be more information HA they made it sound like that but there was nothing I didnt already know! I am working with my credit card bank to get my 1.25 back. And sh** will hit the fan if they charge me any more!!!!
