I bought a 2005 Honda Accord from Us Online Auto sales at the Toccoa Ga. location onApril 14th 2020. My car has been in and out of the shop for repairs since April27th 2020. I havent had my car a good 2 months yet and my car has been put in the shop as of yesterday 4 times for the same problem. I contacted Us Online Auto Sales mamger Juan and the Branch manager Mary Verdery about my situation. But my car never gets fixed.I dont know if the mechanics they have know what they are doing or what. But my car always comes back with the same problem. Mary Verdery branch manager always has this to say Well at least you have a warranty on it and you dont have to pay out of pocket for repairs. Thats not the point. Im paying my hard earned money for this car and havent been able to enjoy bc its been in the shop the whole time. I have asked Juan and Mary Verdery to let me trade my 2005 Honda Accord for another car or just give me my money back on which i have already paid on the car plus my $500 down payment that i have paid on the car. They simply refuse to do that. They obiviously not fixing my car bc it keeps coming back to me with the same problem. I dont know what else to do. can you please help me resolve this issue.
