Usfcrgov.com is a site which offers administrative help in getting a federal sam registration. Althouhgh somen have complained about how this service is not necessary.
I registered with the site, provided my credit card -- and set up my sam account with the us feds. No problem. Then, while claiming to be helping me, they asked for my login creds with teh federal sam network. Lots of confidential info went into that. I refused.
So, 1) no money back guarantee -- just insolence. $599 is a lot to pay to hbe insulted. 2) much more serious, these guys start sending my credit card info around in emails. Thats retaliation. Who know what other confidential info they are spreading. I had to give a lot.
What is galling is that this site has a lot of top tier testimonials. But when you check them out, they dont seem to be real.
So if you connect the dots this is a multi tiered scam-- they get you on a high price service, they go after your private information for their own use, they spread your credit card info around without authorization, and you get insulted. And they inflate their testimonials.

USFCR was hired to help obtain the SAMSHA registration code and cage codes that are needed in order to apply for grants through which I was supposed to be able to use the grant writers to assist in the grant writing process. Since July 13th, 2022 I have not received any assistance nor has an explanation been provided that would explain the lack of communication from USFRC. I did not receive services for which I have paid over 3000.00 and I remain without codes that would allow me to apply for grants plus for ever grant that was submitted I never received a call from anyone from the grant department. What I did receive was an email stating that I did not qualify although no one ever called to obtain information about my companies and there are three of which two are non-profit and one is for profit. Since paying this organization I have had to call and email to only be given partial answers that did not resolve the issue at hand. This organization did not earn the monies provided because I am still without access to federal contracts and SAMSHA codes to apply for funding, and because of this I was not able to bid on any contracts in Florida because again I received no documentation that shows what has been applied for or where I am in the process of receiving codes. I have been working with Robert Sipes who now will not return a call and got a call yesterday from Ms. Paige that stated she sent an email with documents that needed my attention to correct the strange part 24 hours later there still remains no email. No one has taken my concerns seriously and as with most companies working capital and federal contracts can be the lifeline to success or failure with any business, and seeing how I operate several businesses that are community-based it is very hard for me to believe that I don't qualify for any grants or that it takes six months to be registered with SAMSHA when I operate a company that deals with mental health and substance abuse. There is no excuse for the poor treatment and lack of communication that I have received from this organization.
This is just to warn anyone that was formerly registered under Central Contractor Registration (CCR) that will be renewing under the new System of Award Management (SAM). SAM (www.sam.gov) is the official government site. There are several companies that will do this work for you. The problem is, it took me just as long to update my governmental entity's information as it would to fill out the info required by these companies.
US Federal Contractor Registration charges $599 for this service! My assistant spoke with John Wayne II of USFCR. She stated that he spoke very fast and used tons of acronyms (an obvious attempt to confuse her). She then came to me and after some research, I found the correct government site. USFCR's site has an official look to it and they want to charge you $599 to do something that took me all of ten minutes!
This is a scam and there are many people that will fall for it because they make it sound like the shift from CCR to SAM is some big deal. It is simply a migration of data from the old system to the new system. All you have to do is verify your information. And if you have to register, that's easy enough as well. Do not fall for paying any money when you can perform this task for free on the government's official website!!
