KIRAN KOTHARI HANDLED THE AGE DISCRIMINATION REPORT I FILED. THE MANAGER TOLD ME TO MY FACE SHE WANTED TO HIRE SOMEONE YOUNGER AND A MAN. KIRAN K. STATED THIS WAS A HE SAID/SHE SAID SITUATION THAT I COULD NOT PROVE. HE SENT A LETTER TO THE BUSINESS OF COMPLAINT BUT THEY NEVER RETURNED A REPLY OR A DEFENSE. HE DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS OF THEM. HE DID NOT REFER ME TO MEDIATION. HE DENIED THE CASE STATING IF I DISAGREED OR HAD NEW INFORMTION TO WRITE A LETTER TO SOME COMMITTEE WITH NEW EVIDENCE AND THEY WOULD RECONSIDERATION. I TRIED THREE TIMES TO CONTACT HIS SUPERVISOR ASKING HIM TO LOOK AT THE INFORMATION TO SEE IF KIRAN K. COULD HAVE MADE A BETTER EFFORT BUT HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK.
