1. Easy to work with when buying insurance, they love to sell "plans", difficult to contact for repairs, they will deny claims and treat customers abusively, ask to speak to "Mark" or "Rich".
2. SPECIFICALLY they sold me an insurance policy that was suppossed to include a technology package for one price in November of 2015 and when I needed it to repair my navigation system, they refused to cover. When I looked at my contract it had been altered and mailed and marked "Verified by phone", with the technology section ommitted. When I called back to speak to them they said there was nothing they could do, they could rewrite the policy but since they already knew my navigation system was broken because I had placed a claim, that would not be covered. I tried to discuss things in good terms and they basically told me to go to hell and that "I didn't have a leg to stand on".
3. They have multiple complaints from customers for the same reasons.
4. They are not registered with the BBB, even though their website claims they are, they do however have several listed complaints including mine.
5. They stated they would return my PRORATED amount for the portion that I did not use, I am still waiting SIX MONTHS later and nothing.
6. They are operating without a license according to the Costa Mesa chamber of commerce. They also change addresses often.
Uses many fake phone numbers to call. My phone is on Do Not Call Registry. I have tried many times to get them to stop. Look at the web for National Warranty Servies, for complaints.
