My son ordered a pait of vionic womens slippers size 8 from this site as a gift for me.His account was charged $55. The item finally arriived after 3 weeks and was a cheap light nylon pair of sneakers that were Mens size 8.5. There is no address on the webiste to contact the business. I have repeatedly filled out contact forms and return requests and gotten no reply. I have requested reimbursement and opportunity to return the item I received.
