William Creamer aka Bill Creamer contacted our company about a hoarding situation in Mount Dora, Florida. The house was foreclosed and vacant. My client removed several hundred yards of debris from inside and outside the property. My client's employee agreed on a price and stated we would only do the major debris.
They were given a deposit and another small deposit after the job was 50% complete. We made clear to Bill Creamer several times during the job what was and what was not to be done during the job. Bill Creamer agreed and we have it in writing. After the job was almost done, Bill Creamer started asking us to do things we did not agree to do in order to get paid.
We did many things that were not agreed to in good faith. Afterward, Bill agreed job was complete. We asked for our money and all of a sudden a mystery person named Phillip Lata decides not to pay us and cuts off all communication between my client and their company. My client recommends not do business with this company. My client lost money and of course, will lose more money trying to collect a bad debt.
This website this company has is down. I can speculate that they do not have the money to pay. We are looking into fraud charges at this time.
