Nail Service was provided and we complained to the nail technician about the poor job and pain experienced during the nail service. We asked to speak to the owner about the poor-quality job but, the technician said Michael (owner) left for the day and we had to pay.
We called the owner the next day to complain and stated that we were in a lot of physical pain and that an infection developed causing severe bodily harm, pain and suffering. He eventually agreed to a full refund and said he would refund that same day.
After 4 days, no refund was received as Michael promised. Michael lied about giving the refund.
We have documentation, pictures and proof of the great bodily harm caused by his technicians and the negligence of Uptown Nails by not providing proper hygiene, sanitary conditions etc. and are ready to pursue other legal channels if Michael doesn’t stand by his original offer to refund this service.
