We approached UPPERSIA for a tour to Iran based on some positive reviews on Tripadvisor. After 5 months, they could not arrange the needed visas for us. We asked them to refund our deposit, but they refused to do so with different excuses. Do not trust their positive reviews on tripadvisor. The company's manager seems to be a local moderator of Tripadvisor forum and writes/edits/removes anything he wants on Tripadvisor Iran forum. I have also sent a complaint to Tripadvisor in this regard. My trust in those reviews has cost me $1200.
