Akeem Proctor is the name owner of the company Uplifting PCH, but his grandmother Cynthia Proctor makes most of the egregious decisions against their employees. Pay dates are supposed to be on the 1st and the 15th of every month. However, Akeem and Cynthia Proctor believes they are justified in paying employees whenever they feel like it. If an employee questions their actions they will retaliate against thus said employee. ie. Termination or take the employees off the work schedule. They are very unprofessional people. I feel sorry for the residents in their care.
Uplift : Recently I tried to book a trip, with the assistance of Uplift's misrepresented payment offers. Initially Uplift offered 18% rates for 18 months. At the pre-Approval, they did a flip-flop (before I hit Submit) then offered Terms of a 36% rate for 6-12 months-SEE ATTACHED. I promptly quit processing the Application and bowed out; apparently I was very, very, very lucky compared to the other online Reviewers, since 2018.
Adding insult to injury, the Las Vegas reps (Conan) very reluctantly cancelled my application (I sent several Emails to get someone to confirm). At a 36% rate you'd think a "reputable business" would always offer at least 18 months to repay. MESSY, MESSY.
