Accidentially Ordered PDF standard suite, thinking it was the official website for PDF.

The website asked if I needed other add onns such as Fixio PC Cleaner 2015, Fixio Driver Finder 2015, Product Replacement guarantee, and 1 click to PDF. All I clicked om no. Checking out, the website does not show what you have ordered until after a payment has been established. Afterwards it shows all that you have purchased. All of the above products above I was charged for. I immediately called them back. This has now gone on since April 14th and 3 different Reps. I was, so they say , and yet to be seen, a 50% off on my purchase. Even after I requested it all to be refunded. Each rep insists they cannot do it and have refused to let me speak to a manager. I stated, I hope this conversation is being recordered. Each rep stated Yes it is. I just received an email stating I have 1 day left to download the PDF foramt, which reassures me I have not opened it nor used the product that they sold me. Speaking today with Ildze at 9:37AM CST, I asked him, if I do not download this product today, do I lose it. He remark was Yes. I then stated, this is what I am talking about. I have not used this product, it is noy open and now you want to/ or already have taken my money and leav me with nothing ? Am I correct ? Yes.

I politely asked him again, may I please speak to a supervisor. No sir , that is not possible. It is on their recording that I specifically asked for a Supervisor 11 times and each time he has refused. Again, I asked, are you refusing to refund my purchase even after I have not opened it and downloaded it and refusing to let me spaek to a supervisor. That is correct sir.

Not possible

Wow! Your experience was mine exactly on Sunday 10/23/16. Today, 10/26/16 all they could tell me was it was "not possible" to refund me the full charge even though I have not downloaded ANYTHING because they added on and charged me more that I selected like you said. It wasn't until after they had my billing information that an invoice was generated and by then well I'm the victim. I am NOT letting this go. Please you do not either. Think about all the people they have scammed for an average of $50. Do the math. I am not walking away from this one.....

Found with google seach for Adobe Acrobat. Called the 888#

Guy from Solid Techies did a auto connect. Claimed to be tech support for Adobe.

Told me a lie that the upgrade to Windows 10 disabled Adobe Acrobat as if I was a new user and that I needed to pay him $129 to get it reactived.

I smelled the scam. I was connected to Upclick to table my CC.

Offered unlimited tech support, unlimted Keys to add to any computer. Blah Blah Blah.

I asked 10 times, is your company acrobat.. The answer was a Lie.

Beware . They are scamers.

After the Windows 10 update my computer threw up all kinds of error messages. I clicked on a site that was apparently a Microsoft site and purchased a program to fix the errors for $39.90. I couldn't get the program to install, so I called the telephone number on the screen. A technician came on and I gave him permission to install the program remotely. After that, the program indicated that I needed an additional program for another (discounted) fee of $99.99), and another technician came online.

Long story short, neither fix worked. After reading a couple negative eports on this site I checked the Internet for other information and learned that Click Bank is an umbrella company with many vendors under it. I tried to ask for a refund on their main site, which didn't have a "send" button, so I called their telephone number. It turns out that their site showed that I had a refund for a similar program that I bought in 2013, and now I had two more purchases. They are refunding me for this year's two purchases too. The people who have not been refunded need to contact the "Mother" company.

Contacted Technical Support number referenced on my purchase confirmation email for the PDF software downloads. Explained what my messages were in attempting the download. I was on the phone with him for 1 hour and he eventually took control of my computer (mouse) saying it was necessary so he could see what was wrong in my computer (I took photos of his actions while he searched my computer depths).

He (David) was showing me what he described as "foreign IP addresses" .... "107 processers running when it should only be 10-12" Using words such as "unbelievable" and that someones were running processers to access my computer". I was in shock and terribly upset since I'd only had my new computer for 1 week.

He then explained that I need a certified Microsoft techie to fix the security issue and it would be very costly ($70-$80/hr.) using one outside the call. And that he could do it right then for $350 but if I thought about it and called back the price would be $550, pressuring that it NEEDED to be done as it wasn't safe to even run my computer.

I told him I was very upset and that I don't make decisions under duress and wanted Billing to issue a full refund since I was unable to use the product purchased. After some arguing he transferred me. I explained to the woman in billing what had just occured with Technical Support and that we could not resolve getting the s/w downloaded due to my computer apparently was compromised.

She then told me that it was the WRONG Technical Support person I spoke with for the last hour and that she would transfer me to the CORRECT one that will solve my problem. After debating and explaining that the WRONG Technical Support person took advantage of taking control and entering my computer privacy, manipulating it and seeing all.... she transfered me anyway.

The new Tech Support person in less than 5 minutes explained that it was simply me trying to download through Internet Explorer (using Windows 10) and that I just needed to download Mozilla or Chrome.

Because of what the first Techie told me I was too afraid to open my computer again until I was able to get together (bringing him my computer) with a friend I used to work with at a Internet Security Company. He is at the highest level of the company and looked at every aspect of my computer saying there is absolutely nothing wrong, nothing unusual, no foreign IP addresses, no unusual running processers,.....and that I was basically scammed.
