Untilgone.com AKA Legatos Holdings Inc: Untilgone.com website and item advertised as "Luxury Home 1,000 Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Sheet Sets". These are NOT what is stated. They are MICROFIBER and NOT 1,000 thread count Cotton sheets. Untilgone.com is aware of this and the FALSE ADVERTISING but continues to sell them. If you try to return them for FRAUD they will not pay return shipping and demand they are returned in a RESALEABLE condition. Meaning they plan to sell the same FAKE SHEETS to someone else.
For the "Clearance" Price you can buy other MICROFIBER SHEETS for a lot less. Will be leaving additional Reviews on other sites and filed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) ID#15080374. This company has a 1 STAR Review on the BBB Site and is NOT accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Additionally they have 28 Complaints filed against them, many for FRAUD and selling COUNTERFEIT items.
I have contacted UntilGone.com with this information as well as PROOF that these Sheets are FAKES. The sheets have are packaged with "Bibb Home" labeling but the tags on the sheets are marked "mellanni" which ONLY manufactures and sells MICROFIBER Sheets. Untilgone.com has responded with the typical run around response with NO RESOLUTION. Avoid this company. It's not worth the headache of buying COUNERFEIT items and getting ripped off.

Be careful when ordering. Many of the items listed are knock off's (Fakes, Counterfeits). The Company is listed on the BBB with multiple complaints, many for fraud. Your best option is to do an internet search on whatever item you are looking at. You most likely will find it cheaper from a more reputable company.
UntilGone sold me a New Canon 6D Mark II DSLR camera, but instead of sending me that; they fraudulently sent the wrong camera... A Used Chinese version Canon 6D Mark I. (The older, outdated model from 2007). When notified to this, their response was subpar to put it lightly. They asked for pictures as proof, which makes sense, but refused to communicate how they planned on handling it. other than to keep repeating over and over "We're checking with our supplier". Their internal issues with their vendors is not the customers problem!! Kept asking for information, nothing. Asked for a supervisor, nothing. Asked for a refund, nothing. Asked if I was going to get what I ordered as a replacement, nothing. Since returned it, nothing. This is a straight up scam. It's now been over two weeks since I ordered. Unnaceptable. They tried to pull a scam and now are delaying to rectify it after being caught red-handed. Now my bank is involved to reverse the charges because I do not trust this fraudelent company and neither should you.
