This company tell you they are monitoring your internet and wnats to help you because your email is being hacked by a foreign enity. As many know Macs do not need virus software. These people actually call you several times and harassee you and basically tell you that you do not understand what they are saying. People are going to break into your bank account, credit card accounts. You are also suppose to call every month 1-800-735-0764 and contact them so they can do a check on your computer. This is FRAUD.

The Scam is that they tell you they are from AOL and that your computer and email have been hacked by Russians. It will cost you 200. They just tried to charge my AmEx $800. They should be arrested!!
I stupidly agreed to what I though was a one time computer support agreement with no documentation from them.It turns I they claim I had an ongoing agreement which I do not. I got tired of their harassing calls and paid the $799 fee. They sent me documents that clearly said I had no further obligation. My account was closed. Three months later one of their salesman called and threatened to charge me $2000 dollars if I did not turn down an on going agreement. Total scam! They called up and tried to persuade my husband that we had signed a contract with them that said we need them $2500. Thank God my husband called me to the phone and I Just yelled at them that we had no contract, they were thieves and scammers, and we didn't owe the them one red cent. I told them I was going to refer this to my lawyer and would see them in court. I hung up on them, and they kept calling every minute for about 20 minutes. We didn't answer, and they finally gave up. Real lowlifes!!
They call everyday about 10 times,They scam me out of my money and also allow a hacker hack into my computer, and also let the hacker sign into my emali account they keep telling my answer machine they will auto charge me from from my bank 1000 t0 6000 dollars if I don't call them I have cancel them 4 or 5 month ago and they do not get the message They had deleted every thing they put on my computer and still they will not leave me alone. I am so ready to call better business and FBI also FTC if they don't leave me alone. Does anyone know how to start a class action against this so call company.

They do not take no for an answer and call repetedly to the point of harasment.
