Customer service representative called me Aug.19 around 10am, he asked me to try the product alfemmeketo that I don't need to pay anything just shipping, so I said ok. After a week I recieved the product. Tried 2 capsules then I stop taking it coz I'm palpitating. By Sept. 2 and Sept. 6 they charged me 288 CAD for subscription that I am not aware of.
They never called me to let me know that they are deducting money on my card. I am pregnant and on quarantine, not making any money right now, that money will feed my family for at least 2 weeks. When I asked for refund they declined it and told me that I did not qualified for the courtesy refund. I don't know what to do now. All I want is to get my money back. I hope you co
