I was referred to Unlimited Smiles. I had a tooth that had a back molar with a crown and it cracked badly, it needed to be extracted because it could not be salvaged, as I was told by the dentist at Unlimited smiles. The dentist that pulled my tooth cracked the tooth next to it. I was in horrific pain when I left the dentist office. I lived about an hour away. They could not give me medication that helped and I suffered through this with tylnol which did not touch the pain. They promised that they would not charge me for the repair of the tooth they broke. I found out that they fired the dentist that cracked my tooth. Dr. Moheb then talked me into an Implant the more expensive 30 year plan. This proceedure became absessed. Experiencing more pain. Having a suppressed immune system Dr. Moheb blamed me for the absess. It never happens he said. Feeling badly I continue to get my teeth repaired. Now having to pay for a bridge, inwhich they stated they would pay for the tooth they broke. I was put on a payment plan with my credit card information with them. One day at work I recieve a letter from a stranger who had googled me. He stated that Ms Antoinette Ramirez in the Walnut creek office sent him all my personal information. This kind person left me his phone number. I spoke to him and he confirmed everything. That is not the only people she sent my information to because my credit was then hacked. While dealing with this mess, I called Antoinette and she states I was making a big deal out of things. I asked her to remove all my personal information and I would pay with another method. I spoke to Melissa Duke a former employee and reminded her about the credit I was suppose to get for the tooth they broke that I was being charged for again on the billing which was always caotic and different everytime I recieved a bill as well as very inconsistent. She sent me a charge off email after her investigation and stated Merry Christmas your bill is paid in full for the last 800.00 dollars owed November 2016. I went to another dentist in January 2016. I complained of the now drooping and pain of my face on the left side where I had all the dental work. They could not concurr but I could have nerve damage. I can not afford to pay for more research, so now I live with face disfiguration and pain. All of a sudden I recieve a bill from a collection agency in April of 2017. I thought I had this nightmare behind me. I spoke with an office person Daniel and she said you have a zero balance. I spoke to Blanca numerous times and she says she would call me back, which never happens. I left numerous messages for Antoinette Ramirez and she will not return my calls. The collection agency said I have to pay and sign a release to not say anything. I was told thier could be a HIPPA problem hear. It has taken months to clear up my credit. An overwhelming experience.
Their were a few kind dentis I encountered and staff, but they are all gone. Although it is here say I heard their was also sexual harrassment to some of the office girls from Dr. Moheb, possibly due to some of the large turnover of staff.
When I look into the mirror I am reminded of this horrific experience every single day and I see my drooping face around my mouth to my chin, or when I feel pain on the left side. This is the worst Dental nightmare of my life.
Dr. Moheb and Blanca Casillas are ridiculous. He extracted 4 wisdom teeth and then claimed that I needed a "new filling" which was performed by a philipino dental assistant (who said she was a Dentist in her country). I was young at the time and didn't know better-so I let her perform the procedure. I'm pretty sure it was illegal. I got an infection and had to have a root canal and a crown down do to an unlicensed person "claiming to be a dentist".
Blanca Casillas harassed me on multiple occasions, hounding me for money after I got an infection at their OFFICE. Blanca Casillas is an incompetent person who harasses patients. Dr. Moheb allowed this to occur. I would call and leave messages requesting a call back from this "dentist" and I NEVER got a call back. At the time his office was called Art Deco dental, due to so many complaints they changed their name to Unlimited Smiles. Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!
