I signed up for a masters degree in metabolic nutrition on line. I spent over $20,000 on this and over 1000 hours. They suddenly stopped the program without offering students a refund or an option to transfer credits.
I completed seven courses, but on two of them, the University of Southern Florida refused to let me take the finals due to billing errors that they refused to fix in a timely manner. (I had studied many weeks for this exam three times (course 15 d) and all three times i was not allowed to take the finals.
My quieries to them have not been answered.
Are supposedly reputable institutions allowed to stop their masters programs without warning and without compensation to their students??
