This is my 2nd package USPS has lost. According to the tracking number it was out for delivery on sept 30 at 8:30am. Package was never delivered. Waited til Oct 1 still no package from carrier. I called the main post office and I was told by marnette that according to her scanner the package is in the post office location and will reschedule for delivery the next day or I can pick it up. I went to the post office to pick it up and the manager Jim Stewart told me he can't find it and blames the carrier. I told him I already talked to the carrier and he said they never gave it to him for delivery. The manager Jim Stewart gave me his number and promise to call me today oct 2. I told him the number he gave me doesn't work. He said no it does that's my private line. Well I didn't get any call from him and the number he gave me has been busy since 8 this morning and now which is 6 pm. How can that be if they close at 5. That means he gave me a wrong number. How can I trust my own post office when they are stealing my packages. I asked him to write a letter that they lost it so I can get refund from merchant he said I have to wait 30 days. Really!!! For what!!!
