On September 10, 2015, I received a phone call stating that either I or my attorney needed to contact 646 205-3834 immediately as I was going to be served with a summons concerning an issue which they never did disclose. This company had my social security number and also my home address, but would not provide any other information much as I tried to get them to do so. I asked that they would send me what this was about, but they only said that I would be getting a summons and "good luck". Caller spoke with a heavy accent which made it hard to understand him. Looked up phone number on reverse phone look up site and found that it was a lan line registered to a Ron N/A. The person who I spoke with said his name was Chris. As I have type 2 diabetes, calls like this mess up my blood sugar levels. While I know that there is nothing to this, it is still aggrevating and upsetting to keep getting them every couple of months, just a different name and different phone number.
