United Secured Capital Reviews

Was contacted by Albert Gindi and Isaac Kassab to take funding from "them and their investors". Offered a loan of 150K, payback amount 208K, but after 60 on time payments an early payment discount would be applied for a total payback amount of 162,500.00. I got this in wriitng from them and went to their office to verify if they are legitimate where again, they reassured me that all this is legitimate etc.

Turns out the money is from a Loanshark vendor named Par Funding and there is no early payoff discount. They completely defrauded me into the contract. Isaac is still saying, sure the early payoff discount will be applied and I'll arrange with lender.. just refinance and take more funding from us and all is ok... alternatively not taking my calls.

But I now know they are scam artists. My lawyers are in touch with Par who is either in cahoots with United or going along with the fraud at best. Looks like this will go to litigation.

I have a decent business, did not NEED this funding from unscrupulous people. Took it because I was offered in writing terms that were acceptable to me. Turns out its a disaster with ridiculous payback amount I would have never agreed to.

If anyone else was defrauded by United or Par and wants to share info with me to boost my/our case please reach out to me.

I applied for a $100,000 short term business loan. I was approved for $70,000. with high interest and sky high fee's. At the time of approval, I was informed that after 5 weeks of payments, they would provide me a $300,000 line of credit.

The loan terms and interest were not the best but I could work with it to act as a bridge until recieavables started coming in. Prior to signing - I reviewed the contract documents and noticed they inserted a $10,000 one time fee for a "line of credit"

I contacted USC and addressed this - they assured me this was only a charge is ONLY for a Line of Credit. (It actually states "Line of Credit" on their contract documents. NOT a loan fee.)

I recieved the funds in my account from Green Note Capital Partners of $67,000 and that same day - United Secured Capital had withdrawn $10,000. For a $70,000 loan, I recieved $57,000 and I have to pay back $104,000

I contacted USC and GNCP immediately and have recieved nothing but a run-around, lies and obstacles. I am a small business that has been ripped off. I have contacted my attorney, the attorney general and the DA's office.
