I called the guy who sold me the warranty seeking numerous repairs. He transferred me to service whereupon I was told that defective parts may not be covered. I would have to bring the RV to the dealership for evaluation. As I do not have a truck, I have no means of transport.
Fortunately they sent out a tech who was a fine man. But he broker the glasstop on the stove and pieces of glass went everywhere. I loaned him my Dustbuster to celan up the mess. Under his use, the unti stopped working. Perhaps glass burned up the engine?
I contacted Director of Operations for reimbursement. He accused me of lying and demanded I bring the Dustbuster to him for review. I told him he would need to pay me for my time. He was rude and arrogant and refused to pay me unless I take it to him.
I suppose I will have to file a lawsuit to recover damages using the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
