I tried three different times to print a shipping label using UPS site as guest and then again as registered person. All three times I received a security error. No tracking number or labels were allowed. Yet, they took the money out of my Paypal three times. It has been 2.5 weeks and no resolve Paypal will not cancel it. The UPS manager says it is Paypal's fault and will do nothing. He also admitted this problem occurs frequently! Fix the site!!!!
And, as corporations have it, there is no access to either Paypal or UPS to get appropriate help.
Out $120.00 now. I will send written complaint to both corporate offices. Do NOT use UPS site!!!!

I am the manager of the shipping department in our factory. Our customer base is varied and a large portion of our product is light enough and small enough to ship UPS though we also do LTL shipments too. Every week I have to address adjustments made to the UPS bill. Sometimes it is adjusted for not encased in cardboard, sometimes it is audited dimensions. I have to call every week to get charges removed. After so many removal of charges they can't handle it on the billing facility end. I get promised phone calls but have not received any. These adjustments range from $5 - $100 per package. When I call they do identify that it wasn't actually audited but still can't adjust it. Our bills are 98 pages or more long each week due to the volume we ship and the dollar spend is high.
We buy boxes in specific sizes, we measure prior to every shipment and enter it into they system that is integrated with UPS software. Their audited dimensions are usally way off such as package today on bill when our shipping department measured the box at 36 x 12 x 1 and their audited dimensions came in at 60 x 11 x 3. I think this is a horrible racket and must be taking thousands of companies for millions of dollars over time if bills are not looked at closely. I can't believe we are the only facility experiencing this. This has gone on for years and I follow up on the bills weekly. Large scam. Would be interested in what other factories find.
I ordered an E.V./ Tapco mixing board $100 at e-bay. Add $50 shipping =$150. I paid via PayPal.
The seller SHIPPED this package via U.P.S. with the address PLAINLY marked.

Now this 'turd' driver just dropped the pkgs for Mail Max (D-4) somewhere in the center--I believe I was told at the Carnitas Market ! Because ALL the buildings are 15555 Main St. you need to see Suite D-4. This was waaay back on April 18, 2016 .

This other moron needs to be fired OR if he is in cahorts with another individual prosecuted for CONSPIRACY (conspiracy is always a felony)
The regular UPS driver told me QUOTE, "This guy is an idiot; he delivered the packages for VINE St to PINE St. and the ones for PINE St to Vine St. (maybe he cannot read!--or is just a high desert crook)
Here's where it gets hairy: Mail Max looked all over the center. There must be 15 stores in this center.

She told me "YOU need to go look for your package." ?
I yelled at her via the phone, "I don't need to do NOTHING--the package was mis-delivered and signed for by a Brittany." "There is no 'Brittany' here; just Angel & Connie, Dan & Jo."
"It should have been delivered right HERE at D-4 ! This screw up is on YOU and UPS."
So Angel Gonzales filed a lost pkg for me.
Unbelieveably, UPS gave me an impossible chore: "YOU need to contact the seller and have HIM file a claim." ??

Another Mail Max employee called UPS and talked with TIM who said "An investigation has to be processed first." ??? WHAT?
I cannot get MY mis-delivered package until UPS does an investigation? = B.S.
Now bear in mind this was supposed to be delivered April 18th. It is now June 25th 2016.
And so I tried again today 06/25/2016 via e-bay; the queue said QUOTE:
"You can no longer contact this seller/member; because your transaction ended more than 60 days ago."
So now what?
I called UPS back; told Derek I needed a Supervisor or Jackie
He cannot give me Jackie's number cuz she's down the hill in San Bernardino.
So I told him "I want my package. It's been 2 months and 2 weeks and the address label plainly says: (See address above).
It needs to be re-delivered to the correct address.
I was NOT happy with all the hoops we have to jump thru for a fill-in driver who in all probability cannot read!
So here I sit: NO E.V./Tapco mixing board with +/- 18dB boost!.
And I'm out the $150.oo as well.
I want the pkg. not a refund. NO CLAIM needs to be filed. Just re-deliver it.
She call today and the name of my company is Aske wealthy for united parcel service I had never recvice my invoice at all and the track is k251 788 2589 track number is k251 788 2605 track number k251 788 2614 she say owe her $ 1000 and the second money owe her is 350.00 dollar and the third is 107.00 dollar but where is my box at that what I want know up front she she had been lie to me to many time to me . My account is 17R362 to this company here I need my box all 6 box to me at this address my phone number is .
UPS My Choice is a free service you can sign up for online through UPS. The service allows you to change where a UPS delivery to you will be sent. Unfortunately, all that is required to sign up for this service is a name and address. There is no real security.
Someone stole some of my mail from my mailbox. They created a UPS My Choice account in my name, then used it to send items bought with fraudulent credit cards (also in my name) to another address. I discovered the crime accidentally when UPS sent a confirmation to my address. Apparently the crook checks my mailbox regularly to intercept such mail, but messed up.
In short, I had a UPS My Choice account without knowing it. You may have one, too. Check by trying to signing up for UPS My Choice online. If it tells you that "The name and address is already enrolled..." then you have a problem. Good luck. I have been dealing with this identity theft for awhile now.
UPS should shut down this service! Without security, any crook can sign up and steal your deliveries, and you won't even know it has happened. And when you contact UPS to try to correct the situation, you will find that UPS does not give a flying ---- that you have had a problem. In fact, after I had finally gotten UPS to close the fraudulent My Choice account I tried to sign up for another one, and I got the error message above. When I contacted UPS customer service, I was told that I should get the person who had opened the fraudulent account to add me as a user!
The lessons I have learned:
1. If at all possible, DO NOT USE UPS for shipping.
2. If you order something that will be shipped via UPS, be sure to sign up for My Choice--if possible--to block the thieves.
3. Make sure that any service company you choose to deal with has your best interests at heart before you risk your time and money with them. UPS does not!
Ripped off again by UPS. I sell on ebay and have been hit by UPS billing adjustments every week for the past 2 months. Even after numerous phone calls to UPS and them telling me that the money would be returned to my paypal account i have not received a dime. UPS will state that your package is overweight and undermeasured even after being weighed and masured at a UPS store. I have been taken for over $200.00 just in this past month. Time to move on after years of using UPS i am now switching to Fed Ex. Too bad cause i do alot of shipping and they are losing thousands of dollars that they could have made from my business.

I am a diabetic and the company that supplies my diabetic supplies uses UPS to ship because they supposedly guarantee delivery within three days or in three days I should say I've been dealing now today is a week and one day waiting for my medical device to be shipped UPS still cannot find the product even though we have the tracking number they promised us calls back never bothered to do it what kind of customer service is this I know Christmas is a busy time I know I live in San Bernardino California more we have the local terrorism companies should not be allowed to lie and say that they can get things done
Dropped off package at ups franchised store in colorado springs, colorado. Paid for expedited delivery.
3 weeks later, i am notified that they were not able to deliver package due to missing apartment number. Ups had my number and number of recipient. They never called or otherwise communicated with us to let us know of any issues, etc.
They also informed me that i would need to re-pay them to ship again.
I verified the address that i used and it is correct. Not sure what they are talking about.
Called customer service and they said they couldn't help because package was no longer in their care and custody. I asked them how this could be since they claim it was returned to the ups store in colorado springs. They say the store isn't part of their system. I asked how they could say that when the store bears their trademark? They wouldn't answer.
I told them that i am not in colorado and was only passing through when i mailed it.
They say that if i don't return to the store and reclaim the package that they will treat it as abandoned property.
My advice based on my own personal experience is to not use ups as a shipper. They aren't customer focused. And they have ripped me off.
