BEWARE SCAM ALERT!!!! **** ********* WHO IS VERY RESPONSIVE BEFORE HE GETS PAID. AFTER HE GETS HIS MONEY GETTING A HOLD OF HIM IS A PROCESS. We were told 2 solid lies that would've changed whether we did business with them or not.
1.) We wanted a US base call center which we were told was in Utah. Instead he told me it's an "Americanized" call center but the ladies I worked with all had VERY strong accents and it was quite clear that English was NOT their first language. There was a huge language barrier.
2.) The Pre Qualfied Leads were in fact NOT QUALIFIED. Meaning the person calling to transfer the leads didn't stop to have a conversation with the "applicant" instead they were tricked into thinking there was something wrong with their mortgage.
I paid $2,250 for 50 Pre Qualified Leads. Which comes to to $45 per lead. I received maybe 5 or 6 Leads who were actually qualified that's 44 unqualfied leads that were transferred to me at the rate of $45 a piece. I informed them I paid for "Pre Qualfified" leads and I absolutely need all leads transferred to me to be as such.
After countless attempts at a meeting to discuss the quality of the leads I had been receiving. I requested a refund. I was denied so this company was allowed to take $2,250 from me and deliver about $270 worth of work. They in good faith offered me $2,000 credit 4 months ago if I agreed to delete all my negative reviews. I deleted my reviews and they never sent me another single lead. Don't allow this company to rip you off.
I was contacted by Eric Rosenthal of United Lead Group in San Francisco over a year and a half ago. I was gauranteed that upon payment of $1,000.00 they would deliver to me 100 verified commercial mortgage leads, To date I have recieved ZERO!
I have sent dozens of e:mails as well as dozens of phone calls. There is never a response. That last time I spoke to Eric Rosenthal I had to use another phone and name then he answered and promised me leads, never happened.
The last communication from him was an e:mail requesting my phone number which I gladly sent. No response no leads he is a liar commiting fraud.
On 05/13/2019 my partner placed in order for 100 leads for Merchant Cash advance leads 0-7 days old for $500.00 . Two hours later, I emailed Eric to issue a refund since we unfortunetely miscalculated the amount of funds in our account; had not recieved any leads or even a receipt of payment. I emailed Eric and called him no answer. I recieved an email though from Eric require me to sign a document stateing that i agree to the $500.00 charge , emailed and called him again, still no answer to email responce .
the next morning around 9 am i emailed and called Eric again no answer. Then around 1 pm I get a list of leads from Eric , with an email stating he doesnt provide refunds . i called Eric 7 times no answer emailed him twice no responce. He only sent the list of deals just so he can say that he gave us leads.
Around 3pm he finally addressed my one of my emails that stated that he issues no refunds. I decide to test the leads he sent me every single lead he provided had a disconnect number and the emails bounced . FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD !!! This guy knew what he was doing . I request my money back and will persue a small claims suit against him if he doesnt refund my money within the next 24 hrs.

This 'Lead' Company sold us on trying their Live Lead Transfer product, took our money for their 'minimum order', and then proceeded to:
-Blind Transfer callers who, when I answered, stated "YOU CALLED ME!, WHAT DO YOU WANT!"
-Began getting DOZENS of callers irate that I had texted them and they demanded to be 'taken off this list' (which I had NO Control nor knowledge of such list!!). Apparently, they do mass texting with my phone # without telling me, putting us in jeopardy of getting online complaints!
-I called Eric Rosenthal, our Rep, to find out what was going on! He stated he was sorry and would get it fixed, and make sure that I received at least 4 Quality Live Leads/day. I asked for a refund, as I was NOT getting the leads as had been discussed and agreed to, and that their Telemarketers seemed to be simply getting these 'prospects' on the telephone and blind transfering to me! He stated 'We Don't Give Refunds' but will make sure I get the 3 quality leads per day 'they're known for'!
-I've gotten exactly 0.00 leads, our funds are still in their pockets! This round robin has now been repeated multiple times!

I have been using Live Transfers from ULG for the last 6 months. Our cost per funded loan is below $500 which is a breath of fresh air after wasting thousands of dollars with other lead providers
If there was a negative 5 stars option i would be using that instead.

I reached out to Eric a few weeks ago in regards to Health Insurance live transfers. Before he got a hold my my deposit he was very easy to get a hold of and honestly was great in solving problems.
Shortly after i made my deposit i started receiving live transfers that was NOT qualified, I called and emailed Eric 3 times explaining to him the issues i was having, Eric never responded to any of my concerns. I was then forced to file a report with PayPal. After filing the report Eric suddenly started replying to my emails.
This was an email eric sent me after i informed him i will be posting a review of his busniess online. please read the 3rd line from the bottom.
"Your call report is attached.
You received a total of 8 calls with long talk times.
There is nothing bogus about our business. Where do you think these 8 calls came from? MY CALL CENTER!
You decided to charge back the full amount while working the calls I paid my staff to generate. You think you can gauge a lead source off 8 live transfers?
This is why we refunded your money in the first place because you don't have an understanding of how live transfers work.
If you want to slander my business online we will be sure to return the favor Alister.
You will be billed for 8 Live Transfers and you will have a credit with our company of $3,220.00
You will be assigned a new rep because I do not do business with people like you."
I am not sure who United Lead Group is this could be a great company however having individuals such as eric threatening a customer is not the way to do business. I only wished he was this passionate about helping me solve my issues.
