Rick tried to talk me into hiring on with his company as he puts it. Although, there is NO PAY until you pay him a monthly fee to access his training, which I am finding out here is a total scam. He operates off of craigslist and possibly other ad sources. It looks like he has changed his website name several times since it has been flagged here as USA Home Inpectors and maybe other names. BEWARE, do not pay this man anything even if he promises you pay in the future.
