United Default Management Reviews

I am accustomed to paying for REO platforms from very reputable companies such as RES.net and Equator. I listened to Mark Westfield 's sales pitch about how a lot of services were switching over to their platform because of the high fees that RES.net was charging. Sounded reasonable to me. I should have known better. I was promised 2 listings at the beginning and of course as soon as I paid the $249, those suddenly dropped to 1 and it wasn't even foreclosed yet.

I tried to be patient thinking maybe a few more listings would come my way and maybe they were actually honest. I have heard nothing from these people since October. No new listings, no updates on the 1 they said would be.. nothing. I was promised at signup if I wasn't happy with the business i was getting from them I could cancel and they would refund my money. Was told they could do that because they knew I would be happy and wouldn't want to cancel.

In December I started requesting a refund and I am only being put off. I keep being told it is waiting to be processed by their accounting department. Really? That doesn't take a month. Word of advice.. stick with the known big boys in the industry, RES.net, Equator, Exceleras... avoid United Default at all cost. They are only in business to collect signup fees. United/Livi... refund my money!! Have filed complaint with BBB and next stop is Illinois Attorney General.

They hired me to do a BPO, Broker Price Opinion in October 2017, I had to pay 300 plus to become member, was told they would pay 75.00 per BPO, never received. I submitted two different BPO's 101 Sunshine Ct. Antioch, TN 37013, and 709 S11th St. Nashville, TN 37206 I submitted the information requested by due date. I have called, emailed at least six times to follow up on the payment, and the contact person, just said she would look into it.

I was told that by signing up with them I would be given lisying to sell property that had been foreclosed. In fact the property I was assigned was bogus and they did not hold that asset. On checking on the internet I found that this company is nothing but scam artisy=ts.

I fell for the scam. I paid $350 to be part of their agents. I was told if I accept the order they had then I would get more orders that would cover the costs. I did a BPO (brokers price opinion) for a $75 fee. I did the order and never got paid. I later found out the house I was assigned was never their asset to begin with. It was a total scam all to get my $350.
