they've been emailing me that I have to pay $1062.54 within 2 days, 48 hours, etc or they'll pass my case to court. And a month later they email me saying that pay now or they'll file a lawsuit against me with $4000 something . I have filed this fraud/scam company on this site that runs by government : https://oig.ssa.gov/report
This company is threatening me with court and jail time if I do not pay this fine. I do not owe them this money because I never applied for a payday loan through them. I've never done a payday loan in my life. I don't know how these people got all my personal information right down and including my social security number.
This all started with me opening an email that started with YOU BEEN APPROVED, I laughed and deleted it. A short time later I received threatening emails. They had the nerve to state the $300 loan was from Citibank. A few days went by and the emails started again. This has to stop.
This appears to be a fraudulent debt collection scam. The company included her full social security number in the email.
A client of mine recently received an email from this outfit claiming that she owed a debt of which she has no knowledge. The email violated several laws pertaining to debt collection practices and offers to help her resolve this matter for a reduced amount. She is to contact them by email & they will then contact her to arrange payment.
