Krystal Mortez of United Datacom called me several times on Sept. 12, 2014, a Friday night asking me to work a job the next day. I went and the Manager wouldn't let me do the work because they didn't know I was coming.
I tried to contact dispatch from United Datacom by phone 10 or 20 times, by email several times to tell United Datacom that I could not do the work because the MOD (Manager On Duty) & her District Mgr did not know I was coming.
I asked to wait fifteen minutes, which is common for field techs to be asked to wait in situations like this, then I called again. That's when Sheena Paterson answered and she pushed me to pursuade the MOD to let me do the work. The MOD would not allow me to do the work. So Sheena Paterson asked me if I would make a return trip. I said that I was not against it, to call me.
I turned in my deliverables as best I could and closed the ticket.
This was Sept. 12, 2014.
I was called again by Krystal Montez of United Datacom for the return trip. This was Sept. 16, 2014. I accepted. This time the MOD was expecting me and I was able to do my work without a hitch. This was Sept. 17, 2014.
I finished the assignment and turned in my deliverables and closed the ticket. It was scheduled to be paid on Oct. 17, 2014.
The terms were 30 days after approval for them to pay out the assignement. After 30 days I began to call them to inquire about the delay., My wife (She handles the Accounting for my company) called about the delay. They would transfer me or refer me to the accounting dept. No one EVER answered the "ACCOUNTING DEPT" extension! I emailed United Datacom. No responce. I called and asked for Sheena Paterson, Paige Moore, Krystal Montez, over and over.
Once a gentleman named Michael told me that they were having problems because the "Buyer" Buffalo WildWings was not paying their bill, so they were having a cash flow problem and asked me to give them 45 days. I asked them to keep me informed and pay me as soon as possible.
To this day (Nov. 6, 2015) they have not paid me. At the time I was living in Smithfield, NC.
I have an email trail of all of this. I'm ready to offer it to move any litigation forward.
