I paid $105.95 a month for auto repair. After several months I notified the company that I would no longer be able to keep the policy. The representative impressed upon me to keep it. And would call me back in a couple of weeks. I told the representative I have several personal things going on. Including hospital bills in a sister that was severely sick. Since then my sister has passed away. I called today July 20th 2017. I explained to the representative and ask if I could get a portion of what I paid in to my policy reimbursed. The representative said there would be no reimbursing. I truly think this is an unfair practice.
Paid for an warranty with this company and they won't honor warranty. had rocker arm said cause by cylder heads which is cover but they said rocker arm screw out of thread which is covered they took my money and don't honor warranty. never file a claim but when I did they denied it
