I have a 2007 Bmw 530i that was suppose to be fixed by United auto service. I dealt with the owner Naki. Naki is a family mechanic I have known for yrs he told me what was wrong with the vehicle and stated to just have the car towed 2 his lot pay him as I could and when half the money was paid I could take the vehicle and continue to make payments til the bal was paid. There was no contract no written statements just a verbal agreement between friends. The total for the repairs was 1784.56 and I gave him $300 on 6/6/2015 and $700 on 7/1/12015 he told me the car would be ready 7/2/2015 he did not call me until July 7th and state the car was done upon our conversation ending no more than 5 minutes later he calls back and says he's having an ignition coil added that would $85 more. I stated u said the car was complete and I did not authorize him to just put another coil on my vehicle he stated the car would not drive without it and it would b ready the next day 7/8/2015. Based on our verbal agreement I thought I would pick up my car and make payments on the difference since at this point he had half my money. He then stated he wanted all his money in cash and that he was charging me a $90 storage fee a day since the car was originally dropped off which was not our agreement I have a contract that I received 7/1/2015 that states If I don't pick vehicle up after three days of being notified of completion I will b charged $50 a day storage fee he placed a lien on my car and trying to charge me $90 a day storage fee prior to it even being the 3 days of notification of vehicle being fixed. He has refused my numerous attempts to at him and says he will sell the vehicle and give me $2000 of the money to go buy another car he refuses to give me my vehicle because of refusing his sexual advances
