I called RushCard to ask about two charges on my account and I was told to I was being transferred to someone who can help me dispute a transaction.After I confirmed the charges the man I was talking to said my card was being blocked & there was another card on its way in 5-7 business days.May I remind you both charges combined equaled roughly $7.I said,no,no,no I’ll just suffer the $7 loss,instead of not having access to my card,because I need it for food and bills.They said they couldn’t undo it.I didn’t even ask for it.Because of this,me and my children will have to get help with food and my cable may get disconnected over $7.This makes no sense.This isn’t the first time.Couple years ago I went a month not being able to access MY money.I don’t recommend getting a rush card.
These people are the worst! I have been trying to get my money back from a trip that was cancelled on Orbitz on the 1st of December, 2016! Here it is now the 7th and despite attaching copies of the Cancellation Confirmations from Orbitz, I am being told I need to fax a letter from Orbitz verifying the cancellation! Now first off Orbitz never collected the money, but Rush Card immediately debited it from my account, and I was told it takes 1 to 2 business days originally. After two days past I was told it would take 5 to 7 business then it could take up to 90 buisness to dispute. Smdh...are you freaking kidding me! I have emailed them, and I was told to call...I would call and was placed on hold for more than 10 to 15 minutes at a time "while the representative that barely speaks english, checked their systems"! So today I have literally had it. I went on line searching for a direct number to their corporate office...to no avail ofcourse! I am about to report them to the BBB...and ofcourse I will cease all of my direct deposits once I get my Green dot card. These people are shisters and ripoff artists! Messing with folks money is gonna lead to some serious reprecussions!
