Unique Home Solutions made an unsolicited sales call to my grandparents house and reported that they needed new gutters and soffetts. There was absolutely nothing rotten, decayed or anything in need of repair. They used high pressure sales tactics to sell new gutters and soffets for a small fee of $19,000 dollars and required a $5,000 dollar payment upfront. The work was done in the dark and left unfinished. The soffet is wavy and none of the seams are actually seamed. The gutters have not been installed. There have been three different crews to date. Per the contract work was not supposed to start for 72 hours. The work started on the first day, I'm sure in order to get in and out before anyone realized the scam they were running. Various contractors have quoted well under the $19,000 dollars for repair of the horrible work. The contract writing isn't readable and no breakdown of cost is included with the papaerwork. I will be pursuing legal action.
