Attorney Andrew Salzman is an attorney that claims to represent injured workers, and represents wronfully terminated employees. This attorney misses dead lines and does little to nothing to represent his clients.
This attorney fails to state to potential clients he represents both injured employees and injured employee's insurance companys (The Employer) against injured workers. Basically working both ends. This should be a conflict to anyone trying to hire a work comp attorney you never want this type of attorney, simply he makes more money with the insurance companys.
On another note, the Work Comp system in Florida only benifits the attorneys not the injured partys. Even if a work comp attorney loses at trial (whicn is where attorneys make their money) they still get paid per FS 440. their is no incentive to look out for the injured worker who everntually is fired and left injured and broke while the attorneys get rich. Forget the Florida Bar. Remember their attorneys too.
