Fargo ND We have bought 2 beds ($2800) love seat chair and a half and ottomans($1500) leather living room set ($2200) and again last year leather reclining set($2200) and now this year a sectional all from them. (Another $1900) You have the absolute worst customer service. I received a message stating our furniture would be delivered Friday between 3-5. At 2:44 the contract company called stating they driver was at my house. I told the lady my husband was on his way. He was home by 3:00 and they had left. We then Called the manager and he said they would refund the delivery fee ( which has not been done) and bring it on their own truck ( not the subcontractors) it would be here today between 3-5 ( which has also not been done. -- it's now 5:49. No one answers the phones and we got a call stating that it would be after 8pm. We cancelled our afternoon plans as we wanted to get our furniture and we rescheduled for the evening and now we sat here all day and still no furniture. The manager did say that he would refund our money
I am still waiting for a replacement for my order from September 2015.
I had a defective table, called the store to replace, they said its not in stock and that it will be ordered and they will call me to let me know if its instore.
Never got the call. I called them back and they gave me a date, I called the store, the store representative confirmed that the table is in their store and to come and pick it up. Went to the store , furniture is not in store. The lady says the same line order is not in stock, will order and I should call them to check.
Did the same , on the phone they say its in stock and then when I go to pick it up , its not there. Has happened to me 5 times. made 5 trips
I am not sure what kind of store they run. Coudnt fix a simple order.
Will never buy from them. A neighbor had a similiar story of bad customer service. In fact when I was in the store a customer was ripping apart the store clerk, with expletives. He was so frustrated with his order.

Three months later after normal use two cushions split at the seam and frayed. Unclaimed Freight replaced them. Then 2 more months passed and two more cushions split and frayed. When we contacted Tracy, the Clifton manager, we were told we were only allowed one set of replacement cushions. News to us. Plus we only had two cushions replaced so far. These stores are franchises. Each store decides how to run their business and thus their policies are a lot like the wild west. We are totally unsatisfied with Unclaimed Freight's merchandise. Poor poor quality and no customer service. Stay away. Go to Ashley or Bob's and get something that will last a few years.
We bought a couch and tables at Unclaimed Freight in Clifton for $1,000 plus total. We were told we had a one year warranty. Three months after normal use two couch cushions split and frayed at the seams. We were able to get replacement cushions. Two months later two more cushions split and frayed and we were told by Tracy, the store manager, that they only replace cushions once. Problem is that these were different cushions. We now have a huge hole in our brand new couch with a blanket over it. We cannot get help from Unclaimed Freight. Each store is a franchise and management does what it wants. Very disappointed in merchandise quality and lack of customer service. Do NOT buy from this brand. They don't care. Furniture is crap. Go to Ashley or Bob's. BUYER BEWARE.
