I bought a bed from unclaimed freights on the 11th of Sept. The salesman misrepresented the bed they gave me to take home. I noted right away at the back of the store that the bed they were bring me to put on the truck was not the same bed that was advertised to me. The manger insisted that it was and took me back in the store and pretended to show me some number and told me the name was the same on the bed that he put on the truck he said he check the numbers himself. I got the bed home and discovered that the bed was not the same bed that I was sole on in the store. The bed was a full size instead of a queen size and the bed felt nothing like the bed I laid in on the floor so that I could make the right choice and it did not have any cooling coils in the mattress like the salesman told me there were. The whole sale was based on misrepresentation.
I called the manufactures and they told me that the numbers on the box springs in a different number that the mattress so that will not tell them if the mattress is a queen or a full. The store insists on me giving the numbers on the box no matter what the manufacture has said. They are refusing to give me my money back what can I do? 1. The bed is not a queen size bed. 2. The bed feels nothing like the bed I chose in the store on the floor. 3. There are no cooling coils in the mattress as the salesman told me. I have a bad back so it is very important for me to find a bed that will cater to my needs is why I chose the bed on the floor based on what was presented and me laying on the bed for more than 10mins. The store had a customer service lady call me back who proceed to try to threaten me so I hung up on her.
When while speaking to the manufature she had me look around and under mattress to look for a lable. While looking I discoved that there where black oily hand prints on the bottem of matters and small black spotes on the back of matterss as well. The store is refusing to help fix the problem by giving me my money back for a paroduct I didn't agree to buy. The store manger tried getting me to keep the bed and sleep in it for six weeks then he changed it from six weeks to six months and told me the bed will be brocken in and it's just new is why it doesn't feel like the bed that the salesman presented to me and I laid in on the floor. The salesman never said anything that the manger said before I decied to go with the bed I thought I would be bring home. I asked them to send on of there guys out here to take a look at the bed themselves and they refused. I just need to know what to do. They have taken advanged of me and have stolen my money and have given me a mattress that I didn't choose.
