I bought an Ultra Spa in August 2014. Company kept delaying delivery stating they were on back order. December came around and company promised to have them delivered by Spring so I believed them. Spring came and went and still no Ultra Spa. I told company I wanted my money back, company never sent my money back and wouldn't return phone calls or emails. I tried to get my money back from my credit card but becuase it was more than four months they could not reverse the charges. Ultra Spa ripped me off for $671 and I'm sure a lot more people got ripped off too. Company still has the website up and is still accepting orders so they contine to rip people off. Please stop these theives. Thanks!
I too ordered the ultraspalight device in Oct of 2014. I became concerned when the updates stopped. I have been in communication via email. Sounds like they've had set backs... A slight revision to their website; instead of taking orders, they are taking requests for when product becomes available.

My mother told me about the ultra spa light therapy system, I placed a pre- order on Oct. 2014 for almost $800.00 through paypal.
Emailed about an update on 5/15 whcih was replied to with apoligies and reasuring sooner than later they would start shipping. I emailed them again a year later on 5/16 again but since then there hasnt been any replies.Company voice mail is currently full.
I can understand things didnt go as planned but least they could do is reach out to the people who believed in their product and offer a way of reimbursement or a end delivery date. I actualy still would like to get the product but certainly at least my money back.
I paid over $700 in 2014. I have not received a product nor even a correspondence in a long time. I heard that the owner was ill, but I get no emails and the phone number doesn't even work anymore!
When I first heard the story of Mellon-Thomas Benedict I was in awe and praise of the incredible comeback to his life here on Earth. Then when I heard of this amazing product he invented- I felt strongly that I could incorporate it in my healing practice. I made the mistake of "preordering" this product for $522 under the planetary works name on PayPal back in August 2013. To date I have not received my product nor have I been given a refund. I've been I touch with "Amy" who has given me the run around that the company is refinancing and should be shopping soon. As of last October, I've been put on a "wait list" for a return. Currently, I am not getting any more replies from "Amy".
