But the jacket arrived from PAKISTAN and the invoice been presented to me is of 10$ and really bad situation jacket was not at all as displayed in Image of site and it was having scratches;damages and when i want to return it they say to fill return form on the site which u will never get reply and got replied after several calls on that contact us number when i called of site then they replied and said i have to courier back to USA which cost more then jacket price haha....so customer has no way to go; was feeling like stuck in middle of nowhere.....be alert guys never buy from these FAKE site ..... i made these mistake first time i trusted these stupid site
I discovered that this company is a fake business set up to rob people, don’t give them a dime of your money. If anyone from Ultimo reads this be warned, the feds are investigating you, time to shut down! They show pictures of leather jackets, take your money and send you cheap garbage that looks nothing like the picture. They even have the audacity to set up fake reviews from non existant customers telling everyone how great they are! None of the addresses given are legitimate nor are their disconnected phone numbers, beware!!
Fake company, fake pictures of items on their fake website, fake reviews from fake people, fake addresses and phone numbers, time for them to be investigated!!
This “company” based out of Pakistan and the UK is set up to scam unsuspecting people out of their money by offering pictures of real leather jackets on their “website”. What you get weeks later in no way represents what they advertised. You get a poorly made, cheap knock off of a real jacket- don’t fall for this scam!!
I was reluctant of buying a jacket from them after reading some of the online reviews but still I tried my luck with the backing of PayPal. Amazingly my purchased Rihanna Military Style Leather Jacket turned out to be of not only top notch quality but exactly as described on the website.
the customer support guy Abraham was also very supportive and calmly responded to all my questions in detail.
I am very satisfied with the service and think I am going to buy from them again honestly because they have really cool designs. May be some other persons haven't got good experience with Ultimo Fashions but I really do. So for me I rate them 5 star
