I ordered a product online called ninja secrets from a company called uk fightlab. I placed my order back in December 2017. I ordered the downloadable version of the product. I never received the product after I paid for them. I have tried contacting them numerous times by phone and email and not a single response. I don’t know what to do, I just want the product I paid for!
