I tried to get it but was having problems and on the site it said that if you have any problems just to contact Ron and he would help, so that is what I did. However, when I asked for help Ron totally blew me off.
He said that I hadn't read the instructions properly and to do that first. Although I read the instructions thoroughly, I figured maybe I missed something and read it again. But I hadn't missed anything Ron just made the documents hard to download. So I contacted him again and he said I couldn't have read the directions because if I had it would have worked.
This is when I got irritated and told him how hard is it to make documents available that are easily downloadable. He told me it is easy. So I tried again with the same result. When I contacted Ron again about my problems he said he could tell by my questions that I hadn't read the instructions and he did not have time to waste with someone who won't put in the effort to do it right.
I couldn't believe it , here I am trying for hours to download the thing reading the instructions 3 and 4 times and this dude, who stated on his website his eagerness to help, but when called upon to do it he acted like I was worthless. So I had enough and told Ron to just give me my money back and we'll call it even since I did not get the documents. That's when Ron stopped responding to me.
So here I am out of my money, with no preparation materials and I have to help my friend in her examination in a day. Ron ripped me off like a thief and left me high and dry. Watch out for this man and never buy his products or you're going to end up like me. I used a debit card to pay for this transaction.
