I was banned by their anticheat software, but I was not cheating. I have no history of cheating on any of my games. I have no cheating software installed on my computer. I did not cheat in this particular game either. I asked the support to at least provide evidence that I had cheated and they responded by saying they had evidence, but they wouldn't reveal it to me. I asked for a list of program(s) that I was banned for or gameplay footage of me cheating and they couldn't even provide me with that. I paid 15 dollars for this game and even put an extra 5 in for digital content and I couldn't even be given evidence as to why they revoked my privilege other than "we have proof."
Ubisoft, a well known game digital game developer, has sold gold edition games for years now. I purchased a gold edition of rainbow six seige, and expected to receive my game, plus season pass content within the game. There was no indication on the packaging of purchase by, or expiration for the season pass, yet when i recieved it, it was expired. I paid a premuim price for the game and the pass, and ubisoft has yet to deliver my pass content. I have filed a support clam, and this company has requested a proof of purchase, and photo of the game code. After providing both of these items, i have been ignored for the past 3 days. I have filed with bbb and Outscam in hopes that the company will see this and assits me in hopes of a better review, but my hopes aren't high in this world of crooks, thieves and business suit clad pillagers of the american consumer. It's a sad day when you are outright wronged, and the industry will simply stand aside and laugh as you are stripped of your dignity and pride, and made to look like a fool for expecting that a service be provided once it's paid for.
