Ya, so I get an email for 20 dollars off my first order. When I entered my phone number into the order it said not eligible for 20 off. I enter the order anyway, selected extra cheese and pepperoni. When I get the order delivered, no pepperoni. Then the delivery driver drove past the place several times and had to turn around. How do you miss a 4 story Red Roof Inn? Especially after I messaged him and told him I was waiting in the lobby. Then he pulls up to the far part of the parking lot next to Waffle Houe and calls me, tells me he has my pizza, again, I tell him yes Im waiting for you in the lobby. What gives? Does he not know what a lobby is? I take Uber rides to and from this Hotel all the time. The Uber system recognizes that I am at the Red Roof in correclty every other time I use it, why wouldnt it have same mechanism for Uber Eats?

Uber Eats is playing games with me. Last fall there were a lot of late deliveries, and in winter, too. The total amount of refunds I've requested is 10, according to customer service support. Since then Uber Eats is denying my refunds for late deliveries and concessions such as missing soy sauce from sushi and other condiments and utensils, as it happened before and I complained. When I try to reach them they say the case will be sent to the specialized team which is complete BS, because all they do is say they don't know what order you are referring to and not helping me lift this preposterous restriction on my account. This complaint will be posted on BBB. My account phone number is

Should receive a negative star - review. Upon being a gold member, I have paid extra fees for agents to deny my request for corporate (11 times) had my account threatened for reporting violations, missing food, unsanitary/unhealthy food items, wrong orders, food being added after informing of allergic reactions to wrong items on food, ect.

Apparently when restaurants charge your cc for items they give you, you report to Uber, Uber penalizes the customer for reporting these thefts, dishonest/unsanitary driver's(some, not all), missing/cold/rotten food, all of which is categorized by Uber within the Uber app and outlined when a customer becomes a member, because Uber is so thirsty/hard up for businesses to contract with them, they (Uber eats) excuses theft, stolen funds, falsifying/incorrect items, then send you an email as if you (customer) hurts the community and business practices because you (customer) are reporting theft, no orders being delivered, wrong orders, ect.

I ordered McDonald's from Uber Eats on Saturday Aug 28th at approx 3:45-4:00 pm from the Baymont-Wynham Hotel at 16025 Prosperity Dr, Noblesville, IN 46060. I was staying in room 315 with my 15 year old and we were there because we were going to see Stained and Korn in concert that night at 6:30pm.

The hotel provides a shuttle service and we had to be on that shuttle at 6:00 pm. One would think that ordering 2 big Mac meals from Uber Eats 2 hours before we had to leave would be more than enough time. I was told our food would be there in 15-25 min. I was stuck on that 15-25 min for an hour with the app only saying the restaurant was preparing our food and would be delivered in 15-25 minutes. It's now 5-ish and we're starving and I'm becoming increasingly concerned, so I write in to support and get little to no actual clarifying response other than a sorry and looks like someone is on the way to the McDonald's to get your order now.

Please write back if anything else happens. So I reach out to the delivery driver and tell her that if there's any way she can get the order to us before we leave at 6 pm I'll tip her more and thank you. Now the McDonald's is only 2 miles away from the hotel and it should have DEFINITELY been enough time to get the food to us. As it's approaching 5:30 I check the app and I see that it looks like the driver is in the parking lot. We run downstairs and walk outside and there's a fair amount of people and cars all around but nothing standing out to me to be our food delivery.

On 12/10/20, I called Uber Eats and ordered $70+ of food. I used a $20 off promo they were advertising. I had invited my boss to a special dinner with his favorite Chinese food from P F Changs. I had to correct a credit card number and did; they had all my info besides that. I ordered around 7:00 PM. When it wasn't there in an hour, I tried to call UberEats but try as I might on the internet all I could get were phone numbers that had been disconnected. In desperation, I called P F Changs. THEY HAD NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER FROM UBER EATS!

After all the screwing around trying to get someone to address this complaint, I asked them to make up my order and I'd come pick it up. Too late--their kitchen had closed at 8:30 PM. I emailed them and they sent me a form asking me to write my complaint on the form and send it back. it said something about "write above this line" but when I typed, nothing showed on the d**n form no matter where I tried to type it. They followed up with two more identical forms with the identical problem; it was impossible to respond to their messages.

How can a company as large as Uber have such terrible customer service? I went to the computer to look for Uber's corporate phone number and every number listed had been disconnected! I spent almost two hours attempting to get somebody somewhere to answer the phone with no luck. It's as if corporate Uber didn't exist. To say that I am really pissed is a gross understatement! My son used Uber 91 times last year when he was in new cities for business. He too was pissed and promised to call Lyft until this issue is resolved in my favor.

Horrible company. They didn't deliver my food and refused to give a refund. Then when I called I was hung up on by a manager and 2 reps in the Philippines. Trust me use GrubHub. They messed up my order once and refunded everything.

I should never have tried someone else! Do not order with Uber eats! They have to be the worst company I have ever!!! Try and find a phone number on their app... Wouldn't do much good anyways.

I have used Uber Eats all over the country. Tonight was the firs time in Atlanta. We order, the food was supposed to show up at 9:31 pm. Then it goes to 9:39 pm. At 9:43 pm I receive a text that they cannot find a driver but that they have now located one and the delivery will occur at 10:16 pm. I call the help line and the woman on the line states in broken english that I can either cancel the order or wait for it to be delivered and then call them back for the appropriate compensation. At 10:01 pm I get a text that the food is not being delivered at all. That the order has been canceled. I immediately call in again and am now told in broken enlgish that yes the retaraunt canceled the order. Which they did because Uber Eats did not provide a driver and the restaraunt closed. I was told that they can assure me I have not been charged for my order. When I asked to speak to a manager I wait on hold for several minutes and then Lou (female) comes on the line and proceeds to tell me they cannot do anything for me. When I mentioned the compensation the woman on the first call told me about she said that they can only offer compensation if I had received food. Yep, that makes sense!!! I asked for her name and she told me it was Lou but could not give me a last name for her privacy. I thought that was pretty funny since I am sure Lou is not her real name. When I asked where the call center was located she stated offshore. Yes, I can tell that from all the folks I spoke to with horrible english.

My first suggestion is for Uber to manage their delivery process in Atlana much more customer service friendly. Secondly, get a call center onshore. Which country Uber is delivering in, the call center should be in that country,

I am sure this complaint will go along with the over 1600 complaints made to the BBB that they did not answer but, I can say, I am deleting the app and will either get my own food or use DoorDash. What a ridiculous experience.

Ordered my meal from Uber Eats the resturaunt was Panda Express on Badillo St in west covina to be delivered to Covina house address. It was $32.03 and was to take 20-30 minutes. At 45 minutes later I called Uber Eats, they would only tell me to reorder that my food was undeliverable.

i have ordered once before and it was delivered with no problems that time. So I recalled and got a Leo at 1-800-452-8949. He explained that the driver was not able to deliver, I explained I am disabled and house bound, that my front door was wide open the person could have just walked in, that there was no one, no knock no car pulled up. I had a person sitting at the door waiting on the food. Leo claimed the guy tried to deliver but there was no answer at the door. That the policy was to throw the food out if they could not deliver.

Uber eats has no way to rate or see who my driver is or a phone number to get a hold of the delivery person. Leo further told me it takes 24 hours to refund the money to my account. I told Leo that as a diabetic i needed the food now, that I did not have enough money to just reorder my meal and I had no way to eat tonight. I called and talked to Natalie at Panda Express who also contacted Uber Eats and she called me back. The carrier did pick up my food, but he did not deliver it to my house, upon hearing my cell phone ring, I answered it to someone hanging up. When I called back, my number was blocked.

There seems to be a problem. On Uber you can see the licence number and a photo of who you are expecting, you even have their phone number to call however, on ubber eats an axe murder could be delivering your food. Or Jeffrey Dahmer , first ...he'll eat your food, then he'll eat you. There seems to be no accountability for the delivery person, they can just claim they were not able to deliver and get a free meal on you. There needs to be someone to over see this new service and make them more accountable for making sure the food is delivered. I originally thought this would be a life saving service as I am very disabled, I have a helper twice a week and was counting on using this service to provide meals on the days I do not have help available.
