I was informed that I was named for a grant. When I applied I was asked to send a payment. After I made the payment I was asked to send another. After I made the payment I was asked to send another. I was told I did not have to send another payment. Then I was asked to send another payment. I was promised I would not have to send another payment. Yes, you guessed it, I was asked to send another payment. Well the total has been over $5,000 and they are sill asking for more. The sad part is that this is a government agency and that is what our country has come to. Pathetic.

I’m writing because I suspect false imprisonment of my daughter being held against her will in one of California mental health facility. I have been searching for my daughter since September 12, 2016. We as her natural blood family is worried concerned about our family member and have the right to know about her where about. Last seen was September 12, 2016 below is a picture. Police officer told me that she was locked up from the September 12, 2016 to October 7, 2016 and released for my daughter to still not have contact us, is out of her character. Natisha could be in the desert and still find a way to call, or facebook.
Another officer told me that they couldnt find her in the systerm at all.
I dont knwo who to believe anymore. I need to know if she's possibly being kept on drug in order to prositute her through human sex traffickling.
