Some how managed to get money from my federal taxes, that I do not ow them! I'm unsure of whome I should talk to, or what to do. I wasnt aware that this could even happen.
The letter I recieved from the U.S. Department of Treasury doesnt tell me how to dispute this. I'm not understading how an agency that doesnt even exist can scam the Internal Revinue service?????
This company is a scam. The Good student Loans are scammer. These people are liars! They are scammers! I have tried to get into the US Department of Education site. The Login don"t identified me. There is one Agent who calls me from Bakersfield,CA, her name is Alesiha Ford. She is a liar! I have told these people those are not my loans. They continue to harrasses me and tell lies. They say that they are recording your conversations. but don't remember what has been said to you. This company says its affiliated with the US Department of Education and with a company name Trellis at 1 800-222-6297. I received a call everyday from a Good Student Loan number 661-328-6538. Agent name is Alesiha Ford, I have already signed a repayment plan and this young Lady still calls me everyday and harass me. I don't know why I can't get into the NSLDS. The Data base don't identified me. Beware of this company! Beware of the people who are in this company they are scammers and liar. The said that they are with the US Department of Education. I'm paying on loans that are not mines.
My income tax was taken ,febuary 23,2017. so i go to irs and they tell me department of education ,has taken a big portion of my money, so i called and the chase began, i kept being directed to there collection people ,at 8668872800,and even then they would say they have nothing to do with so today, i talked to a rep, on 08/16/2017. who sid oh they made a decion to deny giving your money back .because you didnt write schools name on paper. well if you already know the school , that was a piss poor reason, not to give me my money but there very ivassive. but was quick to take my money.now there is no person there i can contact over two thousand dollars they think im gonna walk away from,im not and im gonna reaveal them for ther ridicoulous proccess. they are pushing and im pushing back i work really hard ,i didnt go to school, at university of phoinix, and im gonna tell anyone who will listen im want to pursue to the end, becuse this is crazy. they had a promissary note. that wasnt mine. 18:45:19 uploaded paper work comming as i find it
This company is saying that I took out a loan years ago, and I have never taken out a student loan. So this year my husband and I filed jointly on our tax return and they took just about all of our return to pay back the loan, and now this company is wanting me to send them a copy of my ssn, my name, my birth certificate, and drivers license. Most of this years return was from my husbands work and he should not have been included in this at all. I just want to get our money back.
