On 08/03/2019, a U-Haul representative reserved a storage reservation for me over the phone and sent me confirmation for this location on 08/07/2019. I confirmed the hours of operation for the location with another representative on the day of and arrived at the location with a U-Haul truck full of my daughter's furniture at 1700.
The U-Haul employees at the location turned me away and told me that the storage in this location is not allowed and U-Haul is sending everyone to other locations. I had a flight planned for 1929 the same evening from s****.>
I had to buy a one-way ticket back to SNA the next morning. The ordeal I went through was because of the company website that is not accurate and the company representatives are not informed either and their information is inaccurate and in error. The manager of the site who has been contacting me by email and phone has confirmed the inaccuracies and the company short comings but the regional supervisor, Kam Barn has not involved himself directly and hesitates to respond to his company’s short comings.
My first request to the company was to fix their website in which they finally placed an addendum to their operating hours as "special Operating Hours" starting today. The fact that their representatives had no viable alternative to offer me which abandoned me with no accommodations; it does speak to the company’s selfish strategy of ignoring their consumers' right and well-being. When I went to their website to write a review, it does not allow me either and seems that they have blocked me. This means that the company is working on a retaliatory principal against their unhappy consumers as well.

Partner wanted to get mer a hitch for Christmas. I told heer I only wanted a Reese Square tubing hitch. Nothing else.
My partrner was misled by Uhaul of North Plano stating they sold Resses hitches.. They dont. They only sell Knock Off hitches by a generic company that makes them for Resse. Not the same.
Once they installed a generic round tube hitch, I was not happy with the sloppy and non cariong wiruing. I crawled iunder and took photos and make them fix the wiring. I then vchallenged them on the install, safety pin forced into bummper fpr a 24/7 365 rub into my plastic bumper. Un professional
The lock pin that connects to the safety pin is forced ahainst the hitch making it impossib;e fopr me, a handicapped senior citizen, to be able to remopve the d**n ball that bangs my jknee every d**n day I use my truck. I want tyhe thing removed, but Uhaul, the smart idiots they are, threw away any parts they removed from my vehocle, woithout notice, without approval and wotrhout telling me. And for this, thewy refise to remove it.
They refused to reply to the Better Business Bureau and the BBB has put a negaitive mark on their account, aLONG WOTH OTHERS THERE ALREADY.
I just ewant ther hitch rempved and my [partner given back her $400 swpent on a lousy stupid hitch from Uhaul, the idiots of storage and trick rentals.
