SCAMS MULTIPLE VENDORS OUT OF SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH OF PAYMENTS
Twinlab is going to hell in a handbasket. Their new leadership is committing out right fraud and deception engaging in agreements not in good faith with several vendors for both advertising, marketing, and event services only to have the work performed, participate in the events, and then refuse to pay both tradeshows/events and vendors hired as consultants. This is an old tactic that has been around for decades. They pay you enough to start the work but leave the bulk of payment on the back end and then ignore all attempts and request for payment. Under this new leadership with Anthony Zolezzi at the helm, they have been refusing to make any owed payments including owing utility creditors, outstanding commissions, and retainer fees among others. Instead they want to continue receiving cash from the board led by billionaire David L.
Van Andel to put back into the product development and disregard vendors, demand letters, lawyers, etc. They are an extremely selfish company who doesn't care about the livelihoods they are affecting. Snakes in the grass. I would advise everyone to stay the hell away from these people.
Carla Goffstein, CFO is a complete b**ch who refusing to pay outstanding payments before she took over in August 2018. She is being directed by her large ego and the ever smart mouth Shari Gottesman, Corporate Secretary and Legal Counsel at the authority of Anthony. For any vendors who are looking to do business with Twinlab, potential retail partners, or strategic alliances, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM. They are operating a scam and using Marc Stover, SVP of Sports Nutrition to do the bidding and then he will become a fly on the wall doing nothing to get you paid. You will have to include a lawyer and sue. They have laid off several employees who are all very disgruntled and indicating they are also not being paid accordingly. They ignore and disregard request, because we the collective group are assuming they don't care about ending up in court. If they don't care, neither do we. We are a group of vendors who are sick and tired of the rhetoric and the avoidance. None of them are innocent. They get your contacts, steal your ideas, and present them as their own. Marc Stover did a hell of a job selling many vendors on working for him until the sh*t got real, now he is avoiding all of us as well because he has lied about our payment dates and others not being affected by layoffs. All a bunch of lies.
Carla is as smug as they come and apparently think the demands and calls to be paid are facetious attempts at a stand up act like we are comedians. She is the primary issue as well as Shari who is just as pompous as she is who won't ensure that Twinlab abides by their agreements. We have reached a point that there is nothing further to do except make them appear in court with our witness statements from one another and former employees.
