Stay Away. A classic "Bait-and-Switch" internet company. Purchased at $1599.00 (approximately $800 less than other sites) , a brand new, LG OLED65C7P, received a confirmation email told next contact would be tracking info. After several days of no email, I phoned. They attempted to have me purchase a "better" version of the TV I ordered. They then transferred me to a "product specialist" who tried to convince me the TV I ordered was inferior: not as many pixels, not as many colors, produced in Mexico - wouldn't I want a "Real" one, etc. Do your homework before you order on-line and go to the manufacturers website to collect the factual data. I only asked if the TV was "Brand New" and not refurbished. I also asked if the TV was a "North American" model and would have a valid manufacturers warranty. They stated it was a brand new, North American model.

OLED displays are made by different manufacturers, such as Universal Display Corp and those displays go into several manufacturers TVs. Those displays are made in several different countries. LG is a Korean company and although most of the manufacturing is done there, they have Global partners with parts made in many different coiuntries. That doesn't matter. There is only one LG OLED65C7P with a warranty for North America. You can buy one much cheaper in several Asian countries, but those serial numbers prove it doesn't have a warranty here. You are out of luck. That was my only apprehension. I was not swayed by the "switch," therefore I never received the TV in the 6 months I waited.

tvsdailydeals.com currently advertises the LG OLED65C7P for $1496, even less than the price they couldn't deliver to me. I read other reviews where people stated they did get a "good deal" and that may be possible, if for whatever reason, tvsdailydeals can purchse your TV for less than they are charging you. Most reviewers have they same experience as me. Good price advertised, but then no delivery on that price. I could have bought one from them for $2799 or Amazon, who would have delivered. Stay Away.

This company is a scam. They never shipped the product I ordered and billed for a restocking fee and shipping charges (both ways).

Much like others, ordered a LG 65" B7 OLED TV (OLED65C7P) on Black Friday due to their deals and when I called several days later, was told that i needed to accept a waiver form that was sent out to me. I checked my e-mails and nothing was sent out to me and when I called and spoke to David he basically said i was out of luck. There is apparently two TV's that are sold on their site (one is 8 bit the other is 10 bit), but the cheaper TV never said anything about being an 8 bit panel or being manufactured in a different country other than Mexico. I even took screenshots of their website where there is no info saying this.

Called the following morning to talk to the manager and cancel the order, but he said he'd send me the proper TV (the one made in Mexico) and would send it out the following morning (Wednesday, December 5th). Still no e-mails from them saying the TV has been shipped and twice now I have called and spoke to someone who said it had not shipped. I've been primarily dealing with David whom has been super rude.

Today I called again to talk to the manager and left message with no call back due to some Jewish holiday. David when I asked where the TV was started to be very confrontational when i mentioned about writing this review online and even though i remained calm and not swearing, he started to swear at me and told me to shove my review up my A**. How is this company still in business?!

Much like others, I now don't have a TV, nor do I have the ability of getting any TV deals now that it's outside of cyber monday and black friday.

Purchased the LG OLED65E7P for $1,700 from their website and then received a call that night that the tv purchased was some foreign tv of a lessor quality with an 8-bit panel and I don't want that one but to get the 10-bit version that has a U at the end so it would be a OLED65E7P-U for $2,399. So I agreed and they then said it doesn't come with a speaker system and to get the additional Speaker sound bar would be $2,799. So I ordered the $2,799 tv because we need speakers and when I receive the TV, I don't see the additional speakers so I email the company asking when they are going to send the sound bar and they call later that night stating the sound bar is built into the tv. So I call the next day to LG and the LG rep states that the model you ordered is standard with no variations. AL the OLED65E7P tv's have built in sound bar and there are no variations. That maybe the company was talking about the OLED65C or the OLED65B version that do not have a built in sound bar. Lastly, there is no difference with the Panels for this model and that any model that has a variation would have a totally different model number.

When I emailed TVSDAILYDEALS, they claim that I never was talking about the OLED65E Version that, of course that model has the built in sound bar and I was negotiating the OLED65C Version which does not have a sound bar and they are doing me a favor by giving me a great price on the OLED65E7P-U version. Unebelievable and to make matters worse, the Sales Rep David, starts yelling at me claiming he wrote everything down and that I don't know what I'm talking about. I couldn't even talk to the guy and said if he doesn't stop yelling and let me talk because I am trying to resolve this with them, I am going to hang up and go thru the credit card company, of which I had no recourse but to do. SO I initiated a dispute with AmEx.

My advice to you is DO NOT buy from these unethical vendors! But from established sstores. Yes you might pay a little more but will have peace of mind! I still cannot believe they said I was buying the OLED65C for $2,399. Like when did I EVER say in our conversation that model? Thank goodness I have the proof of sale invoices and order number emails with the models on them clearly stated as proof.

I ordered a LG C7 Series OLED55C7P - 55" OLED Smart 4K UltraHD TV from tvdailydeals.com, but it was all a bait-&-switch scam.

Worse yet, the review service pops up automatically so that I gave it a 5-star review because at that point the price looked to be the best and the ordering process was easy. That's how the site gets mostly all 5-star reviews. Anthony says that the TV that I ordered has an 8-bit panel made in Asia that can only produce thousands of colors whereas the TV that you can buy at Amazon, Best Buy, etc has a 10 bit panel made in-house in Mexico that has millions of colors. So, he offered to sell me the upgraded model (like I can buy anywhere else) for the special Black Friday price since I ordered on that day.

That price was $100 less than Amazon's current price, but it was still a $400 up-sale and $200 more than I could've bought the TV for on Black Friday at Amazon. In other words, it was all a bait-&-switch scam.

Now I wasted my opportunity to buy the real TV that I wanted at the Black Friday prices that were available then.I wouldn't ever recommend or buy from tvdailydeals.com again

Classic bait and switch. Ordered LG Signature C7 Series OLED65C7P - 65" OLED Smart TV - 4K UltraHD - during Black Friday, got call later saying I needed to agree to warranty waiver as the product they were carrying had 8bit panel not 10bit. The 8 bit was an off brand panel. They would recommend the 10bit. And of course they could give me a great deal on the 10 bit for 1k more.

Cancelled order immediately as read other sites did this same type of bait and switch. Just didn't find similar reviews for this site, but apparently it is same . You can see Report: #1413734 for more indepth detailing. I'm just extremly aggrevated as I could have gotten a different brand/model for less but didn't as found this brand/model, but not that Black Friday/Cyber Monday has passed, deals no longer active. STAY AWAY!!!!
