They added four units to my order (of two) which I noticed on checking the confirmation. I called immediately to report this, was told there would be no problem.
Then I was advised by email that it was too late to change the order but I could return the unwanted units. Turns out the return address is in Lithuania (although shipment came a from North American depot), registered mail, as required, costing about twice the items' value. I returned them by regular mail but was never credited.
Furthermore, one ordered and invoiced item was never delivered, nor credited, my reminders not even acknowledged.
The website is very confusing to use and I mistakenly ordered 5 units when I only wanted 1 unit. They refused to adjust my order even though I called 10 minutes after I made the order. I was told I can return the unwanted portion of my order.
The 5 units came from Upstate NY. I decided to keep 2 units and return the other 3. They sent me instructions on how to return the unwanted units. The return address is in Lithuania! It would cost more to send the unwanted units there than the refund I would get.
After 4 phone calls, I am still waiting for a call back from a supervisor.
TVIDLER must have spent a fortune on Internet advertizing! They appear everywhere, especially on You Tube!
I was lured by their clever, slick and effective advertizing while watching You Tube and decided to try their product, buying ONE unit at $25 plus $8.00 "shipping"!
That's when the problems started!
1. They continuously BOMBARD ads at you, showing a new "special" LURING the unsuspecting consumer!
2. Once you realize that you have bought 4 UNITS, as in my case, THERE IS NO WAY TO CORRECT YOUR ORDER AND IT IS ALREADY PAID FOR! (NOTE: reputable firms charge your credit card when they ship, not when you give the order, ESPECIALLY when TVIDLER actually have the GAUL to warn you that: "due to world shipping problems, your order may be delayed..."!)
3. Contacting the company is akin to pulling teeth (near impossible) as they seem to make it that way!
4. And once you get through (message exchange on Internet) you continuous get "CANNED RESPONSES" such as "Oh we have to contact our warehouse to see if they can cancel your order (and this is 5 minutes after I've ordered and it 's ALREADY PAID by my credit card)! The "CANNED RESPONSES" are carefully designed to procrastinate you into submission!
