TVC Pro Driver, Inc. Reviews
My first year as a Professional Freight Relocation Specialist was like my freshman year at College. Horrible grades, then the Dean’s list. Unlike school, my new vocation requires legal services to maintain my GPA. This is accomplished with the aid of, “pre-paid” legal services. This is basically a legal insurance program. And for a few years, TVC Pro Driver, a division of TVC Marketing, was an excellent choice among the few choices available for this type of service. That is, the market isn’t exactly flooded with competitors. They “used ta” be an excellent choice. I started with them in 2002 and used ta get the service they advertised. Further, I used ta refer TVC to many of my colleagues (road scholars) as well. I used ta not worry about any legal troubles because I had my TVC membership. Then, even the simplest legal cases were increasingly, miscommunicated and mishandled, resulting in legal mishaps. I would call the member services to discuss solutions such as switching attorneys. However, the results were often little more than reporting to a higher echelon of mgt. Switching attorneys used ta be accommodated. However, in the later years TVC would make excuses of why they couldn’t do this anymore. Such as, certain lawyers being assigned to certain regions in the state. I later found this to be wrong info from “one” trusted attorney source. Yes, they “used ta” be the best. 2008 was the last year I had excellent results from them. However, I was slow to notice their patterns of failure because, as my experience grew, there were much longer periods in between my need for legal help. That is, an average of about five years pass in between citations. So, I kept my membership active. Reasoning, that not all legal battles could be won and accepted their excuse of my infrequent cases being in CA. The monthly cost $48.85 isn’t unreasonable at all and these fees were still tax deductible. The last case I had with them was outside the state however, the bar of incompetence was raised much higher. The details of this will be in one of the lawyer reviews that I will submitting in turn and in due time. So for TVC, I used to be a member.
My last payment was July 2017. They haven’t seem to catch on to this though. One year later and I still get emails for invoices and advertisements for their “rewards dollars” Site that seems to be little more than a clearing house for junk that can’t sell elsewhere.
