I ordered the antenna on line on 1/21/2018. I called back on the same day to cancel the order and had to leave a message. I also e-mailed them at that time that I changed my mind and to cancel the order.
A couple days later a man called me and told me I needed to purchase an amplifier for the antenna to work. I told him I didn't need one. What I really need is where I need to send the antenna back for a refund, He told me, "We don't take returns and we don't give refunds". Then he hung up.
I still have the package unopened. The return address on the package is; Strong Current P.O. Box 4701 Pacoima, CA 91333-4701. Can you please help me get my money back? Thank you
I read on a senior citizens site to save money.Buy this TV Antenna you can get at least 100 channels. I am a senior citizen who spends most of my time at home.This sounded great. I called placed my order $35.74. There was no problem phone worked perfect.I automatically started getting calls that I didn't finish my order I needed to call back.They wanted me to buy some sort of booster I said no told them to cancel my order because they wouldn't send my order until I finished my order. I called repeatedly told them to cancel my order to refund my money. When you called the number they give as the right customer help line the service was such a bad connection I didn't believe it.No one answers tells you to leave your number and name they would call back. This they never do either. I spoke to a lady that worked there Kathy don't know last name. Still weeks later get calls wanting me to complete my order.I want my money I told them I was a senior citizen all I have is my diability.I have a number 888-546-1002.
