We bought the TV Ears after seeing their ad in the local newspaper. The advertised price was $59.95 but after they added shipping and tax we were charged $74.10. The ad said "30-day risk free trial" When the product arrived my husband tried to use them, but they were uncomfortable and did not improve his ability to hear the TV.
We called for return instructions and were told we had to pay for return postage. USPS charged $13.95 to send them back and it cost us at least a dollar's worth of fuel to get the the post office. We got a partial refund of $63.55. So the "no risk" trial ended up costing $25.50. A copy of their ad and our receipt for return postage are attached.
