In 2017 found this man Sam Zanto AKA Salim Zantout, Sammy, etc.. He was going to build 2 town homes for me. The story is too long. The guy advertises on CL and looks too convincing. He took me to a few different jobsites and, showed me his "structural engineer license", introduced me to a few of his clients (who were scammed as well) etc.. I gave him more than $100,000 and he just kept that money period! He threats people and not too long ago a couple who he told them if he was not paid he knows lots of people so they should be careful. The couple filed a police report. We are several victims so far. All his bussiness addresses are fake. He is of course not BBB acredited, will show you fake insurances, tell you that he is gives him "and offers Warranty that he will never honor. All bank acounts are on the wife's name who also offers him "positive reviews" as much as his friends and family. All can be proven. On some of the reviews I am posting here you'll see that he is reviewing his company himself and Denny is the wife.
